Small zine created for Supercon 2024! meant to be a handout for an NCR trooper cosplay.

Ink illustrations based on the New California Republic and the direct script on Ambassador Crockers Note, this is merely a compiled zine with things I've worked on this past month or two. 6 pages in real life, but on the pdf its shortened to 4  :-]
